Good one, drips.

Well the good thing for you is this is not what Biblical Christianity teaches.

It says none are 'Good'/Righteous of their own doing period.

That True Righteousness is only of God.

That True righteousness is the requirement to be with God.

That True righteousness is not earned by our deeds, it is a gift that we need only to accept.

That makes our 'good deed' a gift/expression of our love for God.

Are we gonna have a tap dance around the contradictions? Haven't had one of those for a while.

What a wonderfully slimy way to shrug off the responsibility of one's own actions. Deeds don't matter? I suppose they wouldn't if you simply view this life as a placemat on which to wipe your feet for the afterlife.

I have and can go through that same list and refute most of them with a simple lexicon. "The google list" is predicated on the idea that the bible was orginally written in english, so a english to english compareson is all that is ever done to identify a supposed contradiction.

What else you got?

That's precisely what's disgusting.

why?

I am going to try to put into words why that particular doctrine is so offensive.

First, you have the supposedly perfect being who is so perfect that he won't let anyone less then perfect in his presence. Or so he claims. The angels apparently weren't perfect and they live with him.

He makes humans with faults and tells them that they aren't good enough for his presence. That wouldn't be so bad if he didn't doom people to a place of misery forever for simply being as he made them

God's offer of salvation involved the rather ludicrous death of another human being. Why would a deity need to kill someone to do what the all powerful being wanted? Is god bound by rules? If so, he is not all powerful

Suicide by Roman aside, are you perfect, Drich? Do you think you will go to heaven? If you believe that you are saved then you probably believe that if you died right this instance you will be in heaven. Yet, you aren't perfect now so how can you be in god's presence? Don't you see that doesn't make sense?
He then

If god is real and all powerful and knows the future, he couldn't have invented a book that would have no contradictions no matter what language it was translated.

"Deeds" don't count a righteousness/Worthiness to earn one's way to Heaven no.

"Deeds" matter as they are an expression of Love to God.

Having deeds 'Matter" is like saying your wife only loves you because you bring home the bacon, take out the trash, kill spiders, and open new jars of pickles.

This is in contrast to God's ecconomy, in that All of those things we do, cease being the only reason we are loved, and become an expression of our love to 'our wife' Or in the Case of God become an expression of Love to God. His love for us is not based on the crap we do but based on Who we are.
