I can be honest with myself. Actually, if I could lie to myself I'd be taking that option all the time. It's being honest out loud I have a fear of. I don't want to hear what I "just need to do..", but even scarier is the thought of them agreeing with me, which, given that I'm a realist, would be the case. So, no thanks, I'll keep to myself and live vicariously through other people's openness. Smile

I think a healthy dose of self criticism does wonders to stop you taking yourself too seriously, and to "step outside" for a while to think of things from an external view.
