And do you seriously think that sperm banks operate with no administration or record keeping at all? They're not like food banks; you don't just stroll in and walk out with any old load that fills your belly.

There's a huge difference between "identity disclosed" and "identity kept".
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

The Daily Fail is like a gateway drug to the News Of The Screws and the whole "floods of loony left illegal immigrant aborted foetuses threaten property values" thing. It's like watching Faux News and catching yourself nodding in agreement; a dark and grim path.
