Very nice lecture; I enjoyed it.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

I read the book and went and watched this and it was like *light bulb* i got it.

Krauss book i read - A Universe from Nothing: Why There Is Something Rather than Nothing (giving it a good read over)

As far as videos and lectures go its fairly easy to find them on youtube anything that is a hour and hour plus i tend to watch.

I thought his book of the same title kind of sucked. A lot of interesting scientific facts and a fine case against the invocation of religious deities to supply metaphysical solutions to difficult problems... But the writing felt like it was all over the place and not really giving the case for an qualitas occulta an honest and fair treatment.

With his lecture he really cut straight to the point in getting that all out the way.

I remember the lecture as a really good intro to physical cosmology. Just ignore the philosophical aspects of the "from nothing" bit, which are questionable and not science.

But now he says that virtual particles need gravity to push them into reality... where does gravity come from when there are no real particles?
