Deficit spending would become difficult. We couldn't stimulate the economy, so recession could become permanent. (Keynes proved that an economy can stabilize at any point. There is no reason to believe that we'll get back to full production just by waiting.)

You see, if I told you then I'd need to then call the thing I tell you a secret. I have neither. So, no deal. Plus, I don't want anything to do with uranium. I've heard though that you can harvest uranium by hand at the old mines somewhere in the southwestern USA. Some scientists do exactly that.
