Dunno about that.
With enough nails, each would be loaded lightly enough to not pull through.
Would a nail plate with a couple dozen spikes be too much of an anachronism?
How about a nail gun with 10p nails? The Romans were efficient managers and engineers, no?
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat? Huh

Nails were expensive, and they didn't build the empire by pissing away money.

Every Baptist church around here is undergoing its own private schism. Other denominations are simply closing down or "gathering the congregation into the cathedrals" (ie; closing the parish churches).
Baptists on the other hand decide they can't stand sharing the same building with each other and spawn 1 or 2 daughter churches which refuse to acknowledge each other whilst their overheads spiral out of control...
