I'm worried about so many people believing things which are at odds which evidence just because they are written in old books, because I think that's dangerous for humanity. And you seem to be one person who does that. No sarcasm.

Since your being Sirius i will to, i'v grown up in a religions family so i'm never going to go against what's in that book nor do i wish to, i know its stupid from a science point of view, but hey science is not always right right?.
