I have noticed in other cases that Sheldrake isn't too worried about skepticism, so I have been suspicious about this Whitehead claim.
EDIT: After skimming the above link, I realized it isn't very scientific, so I don't know. Probably this is just people who don't understand something complicated like (QM and Whitehead's philosophy) claiming it supports their pet theories.
