I must agree with Mr. Fr0d0
 I don't even have to expend the energy of scrolling up and down the page to see if anything new's going on 
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam

I think that there should be an option to have the overview box on every page so you wouldn't need to go to the homepage to check it.
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I don't think that's a very good idea. Most of the time you're scrolling through posts so the box would be out of reach anyway. It would also clutter the place up.

I agree - don't clutter up the page design anymore. Either tack on the overview crap to the bottom of every page or leave it be.
