So I'm assuming christian business owners will now want to install gaydars in their businesses, because how else will they know? Though it's really not necessary, no gay person will ever want to buy anything from them anyway.
But think about the opportunity! If they're naive enough to believe the bible, surely they'll buy an old vacuum cleaner if you call it a gaydar! Instant profit!

That is a horrifying statement but unfortunately, it's absolutely true.

I don't understand how the legal system would decide what is discrimination and what is refusal of service based on a religious belief?

I have absolutely no idea. Is it a simple back-track when they've been caught out?

Yes...except all the shithead presidential candidates and wannabes already jumped on the bandwagon and now have to figure out how to get off.
Should be amusing.

It'll be easy for them. They'll just claim that they thought this was what the law meant all along.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
