I think people should put down their bibles and just tune into to what makes them fulfilled. I think there are directions, stances, pursuits, and ways of interacting which satisfy, and others which don't. Just paying attention to what works and how it feels is enough. Approaching life as if it is a blank slate and arbitrary is not satisfying or even true. But you don't need a god to get right with. Just tuning into and honoring yourself as you find it is enough.
