Tea
#31
RE: Tea
I drink coffee and tea. And mate. I usually have two cups of half-caf coffee when I get to the office, then a couple cups of mate (the kind I get is chai spiced and also has some tea in the blend), then some green tea or white tea in the afternoon. Sometimes I get some Chinese black tea for a change of pace, or some Lord Grey or Lady Grey. This site has some good teas:

I love the taste of coffee (if it's FRESH), but find that mate and tea somehow give a "cleaner" buzz.

All hail the Prophet Bertrand Russell! He who foretold of the healing.and invigorating powers of Cofftea.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

What I want is a proper cup of coffee
Made in a proper copper coffee pot.
I may be off my dot
But I'd rather have a coffee from a proper coffee pot.
Tin coffee pots and iron coffee pots
They're no use to me.
So
If I can't have a proper cup of coffee from a proper copper coffee pot
I'll have a cup of tea!
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

RE: Tea
I have something to add about tea!

I've been having some trapped wind in my chest last couple of days, so I've been trying ginger tea and peppermint tea at my wife's recommendation. They have helped a little. I wouldn't choose to drink them for fun, but they are okay.

Tea update over! Carry on.

RE: Tea
Er, what is trapped wind in the chest?

I frequently have wind trapped in my butt (not trapped for long, to the dismay of others).

RE: Tea
Kind of like indigestion. I need to burp it out but it won't come and it's uncomfortable.
