Yes, that, too. But what could possibly be the consequences of such a decision? We could just as well let a judge rule that Mondays suck and Justin Bieber rules.

I thought the courts would refuse to hear obviously ridiculous lawsuits like this.
A few years back when the new Yankee Stadium was being built, It was learned that one of the construction workers was a Red Sox fan. The guy arranged to have a jersey of Red Sox DH David Ortiz mixed in with some concrete. The Yankees owner at the time, George Steinbrenner, got wind of it and had portions of the construction torn up until they found the jersey. He then attempted to sue the worker for attempting to "jinx" the Yankees. I thought the court had thrown it out but maybe Steinbrenner's lawyers convinced him the suit would be idiotic and impossible to win.

If she can claim the privilege of an ambassador from the divine, doesn't the earthly realm hosting her Ambassy have the right to declare her persona non grata and expel her from the here and now?

OOooh, expelling the divine ambassador, the war on Christmas will look like child's play in comparison!

If you're going to argue this bollocks at least attempt be original and intelligent about it. There's nothing mentally stimulating about her arguments, it's the same old trite; "The Bible says God says... so being a fag is a sin and abomination". Get some new material, it's so plebeian anyone could drag her on those weak arguments. You're a lesser girl, honey.

Well, they will when they get the chance. All she's done is file it; once she does that, it becomes public record, and then gets all over the news, and whatnot. Basically, she'll get one chance to tell the court why this lawsuit should go forward (that is, why it shouldn't be dismissed for a number of reasons). It will be literally impossible for her to meet her burden, and the suit will be dismissed at the end of the argument, but she gets that one chance.
Also, she apparently cites "Jenesis" for her position.
This is a decent article on it from Above the Law (basically, a news-for-hip-young-lawyers website):

You can file any damn lawsuit you like. Getting the court to hear it is another matter.
I used to hate pro se suits like this one. They're much more amusing if they are on someone else's desk. The court will bend over backwards to help her write an actionable complaint without actually helping her (it's an art) because she's unrepresented. After much wasted work, they'll dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because they don't have jurisdiction to enforce god's laws. And for personal jurisdiction because she won't be able to serve all gays in the state, and the court doesn't have jurisdiction over the out-of-state gays let alone those who reside outside the country.
The court will be richer her filing fees, and much poorer in wasted man hours.
And she will get what she really wanted: publicity.

And, through the whole "Complaint," she doesn't actually ask for anything. The closest she comes to requesting any sort of legal relief is to say "We... need to [stand] up for the moral principles on which our Great Nation... [was] founded[.]" (PS I edited out about 10 errors for her.) But that's just a statement, not a request for relief. Basically, this is a complaint, not a Complaint.

I agree with all of this. BTW, I believe she attempted to effect service via Facebook (leading someone to wryly suggest she use Grindr instead...)
