I find it very interesting, Randy: you are being extremely tenacious (to be kind) in another thread, asking another member if she believes in god (whatever that is) ad nauseum when she's made it clear she won't be answering the question, but when someone asks you an important question here, you feel fit to refuse it.
Put your money where your mouth is, please, and answer the question:
What would you do if your kid told you he or she was gay or bi- or trans?

Particularly in a thread which he himself started and chose to call "Ask a Catholic". Perhaps it should be renamed - "A Catholic declines to answer".

Speaking from the european perspective... I don't think catholics have that much of a problem with their kids being gay...
In the olden times, that was an incentive to put them into the priesthood. 
Being on internet forums for years, I'd expect Randy to have been educated on what it means to be gay (or bi, or whatever), so I wouldn't anticipate many problems from him. Sure, there could be some sort of disappointment at not becoming a "normal" grandparent... but hey... that's why he has more than one child
