Do we get lighter during high tide? Surely if the moon can lift billions of cubic meters of water against the earth's gravity, humans should pose no problem.
I don't know, do we?
That billions of cubic meters of water do get lifted by the tide is observed fact. Got an alternative hypothesis?

Evidence is evidence. I do not know where you really got your 'moon' rock from.

I don't know, do we? Might be an interesting experiment.

No argument here.

No, but that is not proof the moon is responsible.

True, but it is evidence that it's the best explanation we've got,and as you undoubtedly know, science only provides probabilistic answers.
I suppose we could always appeal to solipsism though.

Well, for one, everybody can see it, observe it and it interacts with Earth in a visible way (tides) that's been described. Some people have been on the moon. And they took pictures. And with enough cash you could get there yourself. We have rocks from the moon.
