I honestly don't care enough to search it for you if you're by your own admission too lazy to find it yourself. Believe me or don't, the studies and info are out there. It's a pretty well known scientific fact that ejaculation releases all kinds of chemicals in your brain, watching too much porn has been shown to have serious consequences on mental health etc. I can't be arsed to look it up right now when it's what I consider to be pretty easy to find anyway.

Just for the record, I'm not advocating no fap or anything like that. Just saying it is possible to wank too much.

Tbh = to be honest.
