Is there something in the rules of Ramadan that as it draws to a close you're encouraged to go out and find some infidels to annoy?

I thought it is a free forum to make people closer if not in the concept at least with some of the ideas to make this world a better place for all of us .

You keep seeing the negatives I only see the positives even in your ideas this is why it's a great world and nothing is useless .
