This is the bullshit I'm talking about. It's all pro-life and pro-children when it comes to opposing abortion and gay adoption rights. Then we have a single mother, perhaps already struggling to put food on the table, being robbed dry by the same religion.

It's shameful a church would do this and it's not a Biblical requirement nor is it a prescribed doctrine for 99% of churches. This is one of the churches that give Christianity a bad name.

They must not be worried about church attendance if they're charging adults $50 a month, and kick you out if you don't pay up. I've seen offering plates, but they didn't demand money. In my old church, you could drop a dollar and they'd be happy.
