I should have known that some atheists base their belief (Atheist non belief) on nothing.
I always thought that any belief or non belief is based on something.
Well done Sof, now i know that some beliefs or non beliefs are based on pure fantasy.
More kudos on the way mate.  Clap  Worship  Clap

How do you know that exactly.......you're very keen to jump to conclusions with absolutely no information aren't you prikky?

No, Sofa.  Tut Tut
I am not .........jumping to conclusions with absolutely no information.
Not at all Sof.
After few years here on this forum i know exactly how many information you guys got.
You guys fail on most issue.
From evolution to philosophy to consciousness and brain connection.
But even worse is your stubbornness into rejecting professional scholars that say that during an NDE
the brain is off therefore the NDE can not be fantasy or the other scholar saying that cells do have consciousness.
Cherry picking is your problem.  Banging Head On Desk
You agree with what side with your ideas but reject what doesn't and yet you claim that science
(your physical science) is the panacea for understanding how the system works.
All your ideas just don't make any sense that is why i am NOt jumping to conclusions.  Wink

Why should you worry pool?  Shy
If you are happy floating in this physical universe don't worry about expanding your consciousness.
You can keep on floating life after life for eternity if you like.  Hi
It is only for those who understand that there is a goal in life and this goal will give you the real freedom
well away from the canary syndrome in which the poor bird forgot that he got the wings to fly.  Lightbulb

Stop making shit up, your NDE story has been debunked.  Nothing to see here.

I'm beginning to think you're a troll.

Not interested in believing?
Not found any evidence?
Doesn't make sense that God may exist?
I just wonder what doesn't make sense to you.  Huh

Yes, he may exist.

Just as Santa Clause, the tooth fairy, and Lord Voldemort could exist, does that mean I have to believe it? No

So if he doesn't exist why then you (or you agree) swear to someone that doesn't exist?
What's the point?
I don't see you guys swearing to .....Santa Clause, the tooth fairy, and Lord Voldemort ....why insisting so much with swearing to God that also does not exist?
That is bizarre corn.
Actually that is a syndrome too.
It just remind me of a similar syndrome in which people go with prostitutes because when they were young their mother didn't give them any love so in this case people swear to God because their karma
separate them from God.
It is a demented form of revenge that only make everything worse.  Lightbulb
