I genuinely think that you are unable to understand that you are insulting people when you do. It made me think that you had Aspergers and also because you were unable to understand how people could not know what you were thinking which is why you never explained yourself. But I am not sure the large fragile ego is typical. No matter how good you are at something it is all wasted if you cannot communicate with other people. No man is an island. I don't think you are a bad person, just that you have not figured out how to get on with other people yet.
