Really, you should relentlessly ridicule them for their silly beliefs. Since there is no such place as hell, you are not afraid of it. Just like you are not afraid that Zeus is going to be pissed off at you for not worshiping him. Ask them if they are afraid of Zeus, and if not, ask them to explain why it is that they are not. You then repeat that back to them about their hell nonsense.

If hell doesn't have religious people there, hell is heaven.
Or just mindblowing them with question like "How do you know you are in 'the right' religion order to get to the heaven since different religions believe they're the ones getting saved instead of some other religion?"
