Not being much of a legalist when it comes to my Pastafarianism -- it that a real law for us? Does the type of pasta up one's arse matter? Penne, mebbe, but fusilli, ABSOLUTELY NOT! unless you like visiting the E.R. Rotini -- also problematic.

Forget about Pastafarian legalism.
