Um? It looks to me like you are talking past each other. Evolution, gravity, the theory of relativity, and hundreds of other things are not fueled by intelligence, but they are discovered and described by intelligence.
Idiocy won't change the laws of physics, chemistry, biology, or economics. Nor will it change the past. But it does have an impact on what we decide to do in future.
Never implied that. Only implied that idiocy is based on chance, seeing as it is not seeking the logical conclusion, and that chance often creates or discovers things before logic could, due to logic's lack of knowledge at the time. It is therefore useful to have some amount of population to be idiots, in order to aid the intelligent. That is my implication.
