There are birds that fly that can also swim.  Are you heretics going to deny that the Divine FSM is not as capable as ordinary birds?  That a a being swims does not prove that it is incapable of flying.

Oh ye of little faith!  It is fortunate for you that the FSM, in His Divine Wisdom, does not require you to have accurate views of His Noodly Goodness.

You should not be put off by one manifestation of His Divine Presence.  He appears in more than one form, and so you may like some other manifestation of His Noodly Appendages.  I have never heard of anyone complaining about being touched by His Noodly Appendages, as He is always very, very good about such things.
