Proof For The Materialization Of Dream Objects Into Reality
|

This is a old argument. The idea of human flight was arround in ancient mythology, and even today, I get pissed at Star Trek fans who treat the show like a holy book and Gene like a prophet.
If all it took was simply uttering an idea, we'd all be gods. Just because humans come up with ideas does not mean everything they come up with will work. Microwave technology was depicted in si fi even prior to that show. The real scientists, just like today, with all technology are always looking to make it more efficient with less or cheaper material. Newton got physics right but also for a time thought he could make alchemy work. Ideas do not get to reality without testing and falsification.

I would like to. I'm often dreaming of wads of cash in my pocket, but I never woke up to find them.

Well the fact that I post on this forum is proof enough that I can direct matter (in this case my thumb) through the sheer power of my will to do my bidding, such as typing out this message.

This better not be true! I don't want Freddy Krueger coming after me!

Five, six, grab a crucifix....
As I said in a different thread.
Someone must have left the door open. |
