I see your profile says you're a believer, I'm just speculating here but I'm going to guess you're a Christian. I wonder if you're as critical about your own religion's attitudes towards women. Because I got news for you. It's just as bad in Christianity as what it is in Islam.

That's probably a big factor. when you start beheading people all the time for little things, it starts to add up. Especially if you're killing children. Often times extremists are self destructive.

It is as bad, it's just that most of the christian world has moved on so to speak, and women are treated a lot more equally in western countries in particular. The bible itself is full of as many damning verses for women as what the Quran is.

Which church though? There's a few of them. Likewise, why reference only the 'church' when it comes to Xtianity but not take into account the varying schools of thought in Islam?

I just assumed you were talking in general terms about christianity, which is why I brought up bible. Fundamentally, it's the holy books where these dipshits get their ideas from and it's what they use to justify such ideas.

That 'the church' might seem more progressive than 'the mosque' doesn't mean the religion itself actually is.

Christians have stopped stoning women. Muslims have not. It's pretty simple. Sure there's muslims who don't agree with stoning women. Just as there's Christians who aren't anti-gay. That doesn't make Christians pro-gay though.

Due to islamic extremism and the apparent growth of islam is really not growing at all.
islam is on the decline as more and more people are leaving the faith of islam behind due to the bronze age teachings
and violence associated with said religion. So now islam is now same boat as christianity.

I only hope this is accurate.  Islam sucks, and if people are starting to realize that, then hell yeah
