SURVIVOR
RE: SURVIVOR
I lost a little respect for Tai when he went along with sabotaging the camp. That's never been OK in my eyes.

As someone who's watching this sort of show for the first time... it looks interesting...
Humans behave in strange ways... specially when under stress.

I never liked that Debbie girl... too much stuck-up... thinking she had people under control...
The sabotage thing was.... childish... stupid... uncool. I guess there's some strategy in there, but I'm not seeing it.... I guess it's a way to get everyone else against them, while they think they're invincible... are they? (I can't tell)

Next up.... don't know.... people are unpredictable!

Their strategy was to cause chaos among the alliance that is against them so they turn on themselves which is a sound strategy (but doesn't stop the one using that strategy from being an asshole :cough:russellhantz: )

They kind of are invincible now unless Aubrey gets Tai to flip and bring the super idol with him. Otherwise it's a potential 4-4 split with the guys + Julia + super idol so they can try trump a tie vote and gain the majority in one move. Undecided Getting rid of Debbie was stupid in that respect. it left a strong alliance in the game and in possession of a super idol.

There needs to be a season where no one survives and they all die.

But.... if the guy is being an ass... won't the others band up against him? At least as soon as they can?

Is the super idol a multiple use device? Or is it a one shot wonder?
I'd say it's OP if it can be used multiple times, so I'll assume it can only be used once... that means they get to save one of the group once... a few days later, the invincible shield is gone... then what? The ass gets kicked in the face?

About Tai's alliance with the two big guys... I wonder how many countries ally themselves with some big guys and then remain in that alliance, in spite of not liking the actions of those big countries...
There I go... overthinking!

Excuse me?

Did he win twice for a perfect record of 2-times-playing/2-times-winning?

Did he so perfectly dominate the game that he didn't even hardly need to lift a finger?

Did he not only dominate strategically, but physically, with a wickedly amazing sense of humor to boot?

Did he play one of the most masterful strategic games in the history of the show?

Was he so damned likable that you couldn't NOT vote for him at the end?

Nope.

Tony was entertaining and he played a good game, but he was erratic, made huge, stupid moves he only survived because he had Trish playing defense for him, and it could very well be argued that Spencer clinched the win for him with his appeal to the jury to remember that it's a game and not to let their feelings of betrayal from Tony override the fact that he ultimately did out wit, out play, and out last them.

I'm not saying Tony wasn't a good winner, but I do contest that he is the greatest of all time.  There are simply too many other dominant, more masterfully crafted, more in-control winners than him.

Damn, Morgan. You need to include their names. I can't even remember that there was a two time winner. I need a new chip.
