A police officer stationed in Springfield, Massachusetts reacted to the news that a suspected white nationalist used his car to kill one protester and injure at least 19 other people.

Texas dispatcher asked to alter police reports to cover up racial profiling: report

As some criticize the Charlottesville police department for not responding properly to right-wing violence against minorities during Saturday’s protest, another department in Texas is being accused of racism.
According to the Houston Press, a former dispatcher from the Memorial Villages Police Department in the Houston suburbs has accused the department of racism.
One of the specific accusations L. Kelly, the African-American former dispatcher, made was that she “was asked to alter arrest data to conceal racial profiling.”

Ex-South Carolina trooper sent to prison for shooting unarmed black motorist

Sean Groubert, who is white, shot motorist Levar Jones after stopping him in Richland County for not wearing a seat belt. Patrol car video of the incident showed Jones with his hands raised as he was shot.
Groubert, 34, was fired from the state Highway Patrol after the shooting and pleaded guilty last year to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
Circuit Court Judge Casey Manning on Tuesday sentenced Groubert to 12 years’ incarceration but suspended the prison time to five years and gave him credit for the 17 months he has served in jail after pleading guilty. Groubert will have to serve his full sentence only if he violates probation after his release from prison.

Drunk racist arrested after genital-flashing, gun-waving truck stop meltdown

So at this point....

A 54-year-old Virginia man was arrested on Monday afternoon after he went on a drunken rampage at a truck stop in Dauphin County.
According to PennLive.com, Craig Troccia was at the Flying J Truck Plaza on Highway 81 when he bashed in the windshield of his own vehicle, then poured a cup of urine — presumably his own — inside.
Witnesses say Troccia told a passing black man to “go back to Africa” and then pulled down his pants, exposing his genitals to the man and everyone else in the parking lot.
It was then that Troccia pulled a gun and said he would kill the black passerby and everyone else at the truck stop.

So let's break this down...
