The file was about a Queens detective accused of improperly closing at least 22 serious felonies in 2011 and 2012 as the Daily News reported — by repeatedly making up phony witness names and fake addresses in official reports that his supervisors just rubber-stamped.
Pulaski, the Chief of Detectives and the third most powerful cop in former Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly’s NYPD, listened to the allegations against Detective Thomas Rice, of the 106th Detective Squad in Ozone Park, and — sources told the Daily News — he sputtered, “That’s impossible! How the f--- did this happen?”
Rice’s misconduct was so serious and so brazen that investigators thought it merited immediate criminal referral to Queens District Attorney Richard Brown and a broader probe into whether the same thing was going on in other detective squads, sources said.

‘Don’t ram him — shoot him’: Sheriff caught on tape ordering fatal shooting of unarmed man in slow-speed chase

A sheriff in rural Tennessee was inadvertently caught on police body cam footage ordering deputies to shoot an unarmed man engaged in a slow speed chase, News Channel 4 reported.

The body cam revealed Sheriff Oddie Shoupe’s conversation with a deputy after the fatal shooting of Michael Dial, who was struck in the head after refusing to pull over his 1976 pickup truck when officers attempted to pull him over for driving with a suspended license.

“I said, ‘Don’t ram him shoot him,'” the sheriff can be heard saying.

“F*ck that sh*t. Ain’t gonna tear up my cars,” Sheriff Shoupe continued.

Fucking cops are all alike.

Davidson County deputy fired after allegedly robbing bank in Rowan County

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. – A Davidson County deputy has been fired after he allegedly robbed a bank in Rowan County on Tuesday afternoon.

Davidson County Sheriff David Grice said he was notified that Jeff Athey was arrested and charged with robbing the bank at about 4 p.m.

Suicidal veteran facing eviction over his service dogs shot to death by police in Florida

Raymond Bishop, 84, died in his home at the Hidden Grove apartments. Miami-Dade police officers had rushed to the home after receiving a call about an armed man threatening to kill himself.

So naturally they figured they'd just go help him along!
