That video was quite creepy.

I don't normally find little kids scary, even if it's just a shadow, but I guess if they could do that to you they'd be plenty scary.

I don't think it would be as scary if they weren't little kids. I mean, it would be fucking scary if you opened the door and there was a bloke standing there dressed like that, but scary in a different way. It takes little kids to be Sapphire and Steel creepy.

It just kind of misses the mark with me, unless I see it doing something horrible. Like the skull in the video.

There was a game Markiplier played where one of the things you need to run away from is a little shadow girl. She even makes these cute little noises, but Mark freaks out about it. If you're close to her, she raises her arms like she wants to be picked up, and if you back off she looks dejected.

The only indication to me that this is some creature that's supposed to be avoided is the background music that ramps up the scare chords, and the wailing sound she makes once she actually starts chasing you.

I always found it funny how badly he reacted to little girls in horror games. Of course that means if I was in a horror movie, I'd be the guy that dies in order to show how dangerous the little shadow children are, because I wouldn't take them seriously.
