The victim probably wanted to do normal late-teen/proto-adult things and that was a sure sign of demonic possession. From what I've read (and posted in Min's Damned Protestants thread before I saw yours) the boys dad founded the church and it was his parents who beat him to death. They were trying to get him to confess his sins at a church counseling session. His sin was that he had expressed a desire to leave the church.

I don't know what brought on this infestation. We were just about rid of the Professor, Randy, Drippy, Godschild, chad and a few others I don't feel like looking up their names.
