And yet that is the standard for when someone has lost an argument.

I'll say I never looked up rebuttals to "you'll burn in hell". But that's because it's so stupid and childish that it's not worth wasting my one and only existence looking for ways to destroy it. I prefer to destroy real arguments. kek
If pinkie pie isn't real, then how do you explain the existence of ponies, huh? If ponies are real, then that's proof that Pinkie Pie is real. Checkmate, christians!  Heart

This is pretty typical of the response when the theist is out of arguments.

Either he/she consciously or unconsciously knew that they were cornered, and lashed out the only way they could.

For the dogmatic, cognitive dissonance is a bitch!

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
