Science makes testable predictions. Pseudo-science does not. Science informs us about reality and helps make decisions; pseudo-science tells stories about data that is already in and is of no practical use.

Mostly because you went far and away from the fairy tale as is.
Hermaphrodite Adam... fucking Christ man.
Shit. Rule 34 will take effect somewhere down the road now.
Didn't read the part in the bible where man was created both male and female? Did you not also read the part where Eve was taken and formed out of Adam? Eve was a byproduct of Adam, she wasn't part of the original creation.

No, I tend to utilize Occam's Razor.
When I was a Christian this read, and was explained, as a general explanation of what happened on a larger timeline;
Quote:26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27 So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number;fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
... and this read as the actual process of developing woman from the first man;
Quote:18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.
20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam[f] no suitable helper was found. 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs[g] and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib[h] he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.”
Now between Adam being male and female at the same time, and eve being formed from man's rib as explained... the latter seems to be the interpretation that assumes less. Honestly it just sets the tone for how the bible deals with women; as afterthoughts, property and inferior helpers.
Now if it's your fetish to see this as some gender-bender then that's your business, but the vast majority of Christianity begs to differ. That said it's all bullshit of course.

God created "mankind" 2000 years (1000 years = 1 day) before Adam existed. God is a spirit, therefore to be created in the image of God is to be made a spirit being which has no physical properties. As I stated before all of mankind that was ever to exist was made at that point, hence the word "they. This spirit being was both masculine AND feminine, there are no sexual connotations to that, a spirit has no reproductive organs, so there isn't a point for a spirit to have a gender... got it?

The vast majority of Christianity thinks they can turn bread and wine into the literal body and blood of Christ..... Whats your point?

*shrug*
If that's the way you want to see it, Christianity at large disagrees. I'm certainly not going to break through your mental calisthenics.

Only that, even within the confines of your own religion, you're assuming a massive amount of spiritual woo that it never gets into.

Bad news, Huggy.
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

talk (tôk)
v. talked, talk·ing, talks
v.intr.
1.
a. To exchange thoughts or opinions in spoken or sign language; converse: We talked for hours. See Synonyms at speak.
b. To utter or pronounce words: The baby can talk.
c. To imitate the sounds of human speech: The parrot talks.
So much is explained by this thoughtless post.

According to your mythology, Abram/Abraham lived to be 175, so being 90 would be roughly 52% of his total lifespan, or roughly equivalent to my age, now (I am 39, with an average life-expectancy of 76 years, putting me at 52% of my total lifespan). My Beloved is still pretty attractive, as am I, no?
I'm not going to lie, I love slapping around 140-year-old bitches. God, how they squeal!
