OK, I've made some updates:

1) It will now only list previous usernames that were used within the last 3 months.
2) If multiple usernames within that time were the same, duplicates are eliminated.
3) The label is now "Previous username:" rather than the long one it was.

Since usernames can only be changed every 365 days is there really a need for this implement that makes no sense?

You cannot change your username because you've already used up your allocated quota of changing your name 1 times in the past 365 days.

You cannot change your username because you've already used up your allocated quota of changing your name 1 times in the past 365 days.

Yes but if someone has a good reason for changing it within that time frame we'll allow it, so in some circumstances a user might have multiple names per year.
