A good place to begin would be regarding my questions in the thread where I replied to you.
At this point, I'm not asking you to prove Islam. I'm just trying to work through the beyond-special-pleading aspects of it.
Here's a link to the latest post where I addressed you:

Actually according to quran you shouldn't be here either,
Quote:And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by them] and ridiculed; so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together -
Nisa 140.(4.140)
So muhammed iis afraid of us for we will uncover his lies..

Dude i thought you can understand figure of speech when you see it. of course you're not sitting with us. and of course its talking to believers telling them not to stay when someone speaking against quran. why don't you follow its orders? infidel!

"And He has subjected to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth - all from Him. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought."
surely this one encoruges you to think hahaha.. it just says "you see? i am strong."
here is an explanation to your verse..
"Tafsir al-Jalalayn
And He has disposed for you whatever is in the heavens, of sun, moon, stars, water and otherwise, and whatever is in the earth, of animals, trees, vegetation, rivers and otherwise, that is to say, He created [all] that for your benefit, all (jamī‘an is for emphasis) being from Him (minhu is a circumstantial qualifier, that is to say, He has disposed them as something from Him, exalted be He). Surely in that there are signs for a people who reflect, on them and therefore believe."
of course he wouldnt forbid to think. No one would believe him otherwise. But obviously he doesnt want you to discuss and question quran. And you my friend, are one of the most blind person i have ever meet.

the wrong thing is to sitt silent with people making fun of religion as this makes you one of them or make you a part of what they are saying

hahaha I was going to qoute this one Dude this verse itself is a proof to contradictions in quran..
you know that heritage issue I mentioned.. You want more contradictions then here you have it.
Quote:There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
baqarah 256.(2:256)
Quote:And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
tawbah 5(9:5)
yes really there is no contradictions.....

but your book says otherwise..

i think i clarified this if you still dont understand what i explained plz just ask me to clarify it to you again

tawbah 5(9:5)
yes really there is no contradictions.....
"3-And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith.4-(But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for Allah loveth the righteous."(quran 9:3-4)
just the 2 verses before the one you mentioned
"6-If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah. and then escort him to where he can be secure. That is because they are men without knowledge.7-How can there be a league, before Allah and His Messenger, with the Pagans, except those with whom ye made a treaty near the sacred Mosque? As long as these stand true to you, stand ye true to them: for Allah doth love the righteous."(Quran 9:6-7)
just 2 verses after the verses you mentioned
so wether you cut and paste from websites or you really are trying to justify your non believe by lying to yourself(and both are pretty ignorant)
and also you must understand the situation the verses was revealed in just to know who and what are the verses talking about

justify your non believe
[/quote]
Justify our non belief Mo?
I dont believe in a lot of non-existant things why should I justify them?
You've been justifying your belief for a while now and I'd like to sum up what I've learnt about your belief.
You have been convinced that the koran is the real word of god and so must be followed as a sacred text that you devotedly follow and defend, fair enough. Whatever floats your boat.
I think the Koran is a mysogonistic, cruel and misguided product of men and full of lies.
I have never believed in a god or gods and see no reason to start now.
You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

you are taking text from context and you dont know the situation these verses was revealed in.if you just read what i quoted you will understand and if you want more clarification you are welcome

i dont know why you are not writing your posts in the related subject.i answered you but you still insist in your opinion and being unreasonable claiming that the Quran dont give the general rules and it must say the exceptions also and i asked you a question to clarify it for you and you ignore it
