I'm feeling like being in the moment and enjoying life. Appreciating what I have instead of worrying about it. Just going with the flow you know?

Feeling like napping a bit later after pest control guy has been and gone. Silly mice lol.

Going to GP for general health check up on Friday. Gonna speak to him completely open to him about my mood and see if I can get a doctor about how random it can be. I was far more mentally unhealthy years ago, this is the best I have ever been. Maybe Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will do me some good this time around. Maybe I wasn't ready before.

I feel headachy and tired but emotionally very positive. My headache will go away after I sleep. Waiting to get a visit or a call back from the pest control bloke.
