I tried to quit smoking and relapsed after 24 hours... It was ok for a first try. But at least I know I can reduce how many cigarettes I smoke. I'm only smoking before bed now, if I even do.

I have a serious headache. And it was combined with a weird moment earlier where the room seemed to bend. That worries me. I am going to make a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
