I'm willing to put money on the fact that you're not getting a healthy amount of sleep has something to do with it.

It's kind of a vicious cycle. I start to feel off, I can't sleep, I feel worse, I really can't sleep. I don't think my lack of sleep is a cause but more a side effect that also worsens the original problem.

....I sometimes lock myself in the bathroom and play loud music sos I can have a moment with no children. Does that count?

Really? I've been using Chrome for ages, and you don't even have to import bookmarks, I just log in and sync my account on any computer or device and all my bookmarks and settings show up. Even the skin I use for Chrome gets imported automatically, along with any extensions like Ghostery or AdBlock, or insertBBCode.

I don't log in to Chrome. I use it as a browser, only.
