It's Thursday, I've just done 3, 12 hour shifts in a row. 530 am to 530 pm.

Today might be my first relatively normal 8 hours 45 minutes shift this week.

Before any of you start worrying and saying "Paul are you ok, can i do anything to help you feel better?"
It's ok I'm a really tough bastard, I can handle this.
