I've got a muscular fever cuz yesterday I have walked 7.125 miles according to my GPS odometer app and now my whole body is in pain.

Apart from anesthetize it for brief periods with my anbesol, there's usually nothing I can do but wait it out. Sucks.

Perhaps a dentist might have a better idea as to what it is, or how to effectively treat it.
