Went for a walk, got my heart rate up, no longer feel like some paper thin shade of a human being.
I think I need to find a walking trail away from civilization, though. I notice my level of enjoyment while out is inversely proportional to the amount of people around, cuz, yay, social anxiety. Maybe I go the opposite direction tomorrow.
