I had a such a similar incident to this. On the day when I puked all over my bedroom because of a stomach virus I was watching SouthPark.
Just as the sickness was kicking in I was watching the episode where the kids try and write the most controversial book they can and when anyone reads it they puke because it's all about shoving infected puss filled things up anuses or whatever.
So I was basically lying there feeling like I'm going to be sick myself while watching and listening to person after person heave chunks up on south park. It was a while after that episode I was sick though. I had a southpark marathon while I was ill and I watched that one with Sheila Urinating too that was a good one.
