Working towards 10km on the erg. Did 7km today in just over 30 mins. Feel good about that.

I've had to stop with the fizzy drink for my teeth's sake. Enjoy it while you can. I did. But I overdid it.

I drink almost no caffeine these days. Mondays I go for coffee, but otherwise it's always flavored water.
