I'm feeling uncharacteristically nervous. I've had two physically active days in a row, heavy typing and then skiing yesterday and band practice followed by unloading building materials today, and when I got home from my Saturday night coffee outing I started fumbling and dropping things. It's a weird tired that doesn't feel like I'm tired, so for the next little while I'm going to have to be extra-careful when doing anything with my hands.

How's Everyone Feeling Right Meow?

Slept wrong and fucked up my right shoulder.
Pretty happy. Just tried my first in-place upgrade of an NGINX web server, and it went off without a hitch.

I've avoided eating before sleeping which is tough but I think helps. And having a huge healthy breakfast. Just after this post I got ill after I caught something from someone in work. One of the two guys I worked that shift with, and we went out for food later. The bad news is I probably have put a slight bit of fat on due to resting up instead of going to the gym, and eating 3 meals a day instead of 2 to give me energy. The good news is the only food I've been having is relatively healthy, the only luxury I've engaged in is putting extra honey on my porridge. I think eating healthy will help me, even if it's mostly just psychologically, for when I do go back to the gym. Ontop of this, randomly a woman asked me for a new year kiss today in work, it was an alright kiss but I just kept it short and sweet because I didn't want anyone to walk in and see us. She's alright looking and she's short and sweet too, about 4ft11 and she must weight about 100 pounds. To my credit I also warned I was ill and didn't want her to get it, she just claimed she was ill too so it wouldn't matter. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason.

Like shit. Crying again. Trying to get ahold of one of my doctors to see if I should be going on an antidepressant because I seriously am not doing well.
