And for our younger readers here, no shit, back in the 1980s, during the Reagan administration, there was actually a court astrologer (Joan Quigley) and she controlled the presidents appearance schedule. She rarely let Ronnie out of the White House, (which was probably a good thing), but she was doing all her machinations and divinations over unsecured phone lines.
It was quite a scandal when it was revealed. Curiously, despite his craven pandering to the Religious Right and the Moral Majority back then, nary a peep of Christer criticism was heard when his consorting with an open and notorious witch who engaged familiar spirits to work her magic was revealed. Hard to imagine a sincere believer giving the Gipper a pass on that big of a fuckup, but they did. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
IAOALGIV: We're heading out for the evening. When you finish you exercise in natal horological astroscopy, feel free to post it here and I'll evaluate it the first chance I get.

So IAOALGIV, have you sorted out the difference between atheism and agnosticism yet? Astrology is irrelevant to belief in gods by the way, though it does give us a clue regarding how much of a skeptic you might be.
I remember when Rob tried to sort out the difference you disappeared for a while. Do you know that by far the majority of us are both agnostic and atheist. So we don't claim to have positive knowledge regarding the status of gods. But we also have no belief in gods. Some of us also cop to ignosticism since we don't really think the meaning of 'god' is very clear. Do you find the question of whether gods exist compelling? If not, you may also be an apatheist, someone who really doesn't care what gods are or if they exist. Up to you if you want to play the self classification game. I'm pretty apathetic about that too.

I don't believe in Astrology. Us taurians are natural skeptics.
