Please don't call me "Sir", you're not worthy.

What's funny is watching this guy trying to get a rise out of me, based on his assumption that his opinion matters.

Hello, CL! Smile

Hey, I want you to know I didn't mean to be so cranky with you while you were just joking, and I knew you had to be. I try real hard to keep a sense of humor about things, but some of the common insults get so malicious and old that it's hard to laugh at all when it's gone on for over 20 pages.

I know you mean well.

Hey Hanky, no apologies necessary. I totally understand.  Smile

You're a funny dude and I'm glad you're here.

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Can we stop fighting now? Lol. We're all good people here. And even though we each have different opinions on parenting styles and what the best way to raise a kid is, I'm sure we all are/will be good parents to our kid(s) and raise them in the best way we know of.

So...

Peace?

Kumbaya?

Yes? Smile

I have no issue if it would stop there, but inevitably it becomes mandated to throw it in my face, i.e., laws, social distaste, even repugnance.

Yes Iatia, that is part of "living and let live." If someone keeps bringing you down and rubbing their views in your face, rather that be your Christianity or your atheism, they would not be following that principle.

You are being nothing other than what you do best, which is being a dick, and your dickishness is unfortunately contagious.

Wasn't addressing  you, so pipe down!

I do sincerely hope that you are a better parent than I have suspected, but one who would start your sort of dick games and continue it all through the night when there is a child in the house in need of his attention should never, ever have had children. I'm not saying I'm better than you except for one thing: I decided against having kids to pass my own problems down to.

Blessed are the peacemakers, and how sad that there aren't more of you.
Mr. Hanky loves you!

You're a hoot, kid. What's not to point and laugh at?

I'll let you know when your opinion of me matters to me.

Protip: Never.
