Thanks Losty! Yea, I've turned away from the omelet shape and it's more scrambled than anything. lol

Just because you can make an omelet in a bad doesn't mean you should make an omelet in a bag.

My concern too is boiling plastic, have been reading about how plastic products are bad for your foods and even drinking water out of plastic bottles. Yes, I'm that kind of paranoid person.

So, opened the frig door and wanted to try this at least, and my fiance said...why don't we just go to starbucks? lol Big Grin

This is on my list of things to try though. But that plastic bag...eek.

Since I have to eat on the road most of the time, I've stopped caring about health and sanitation in food, if it's tasty I'll eat it!

Aw, well...you can still eat healthy 'on the go.' My recommendation, find a good health food store with some decent to go meals already prepared, and/or they will make you a tasty yet healthy/not fattening shake/smoothie. Just my unsolicited advice because I care.  Heart

Whatever egg boiled in a bag is, it is not an omlet.

I cringe at the idea of boiling something in LDPE plastic.
Also, that doesn't look like any less work or cleanup than mixing all that stuff together in a bowl and cooking it in a pan. And you don't have a plastic bag to contribute to a landfill.
If The Flintstones have taught us anything, it's that pelicans can be used to mix cement.
