I thought about this a little more and realized something. Those 100bil zimbab eggs were probably an issue of how much the currency was worth as fuel for the fire to cook them in.
Here's the rub..I bet that a zimbab is flame retardant, like most currency. That's a government for you...intentionally tanking the intrinsic value of it's own currency from the very outset.

Where would you get it? You'd probably have to go to Zimbabwe. I doubt your local bank has a vault just for zimbabwe notes. Then you'd have to transport it back to wherever you live. Seems like a shitty plan.

You'd have to do no such thing. You never even have to be in the same -continent- as the money you buy. Have those guys put it in a pool...pay them some zimbabs (or eggs, whatever) to do it.

Gotcha! I'd still imagine that Zimbabwe is the only place where a swimming pool worth of zimbabwe notes physically exists. The bank isn't going to ship you a 100 trillion zimbabwe whatever they are called.

I doubt that a swimming pool of zimbabs exists even in zimbabwe. The water that collects in the pool is probably worth more than the space a zimbab would take up. No sane pool owner would fill his factory floor with trash when he could simply wait for liquid gold to fall from the sky.

Probably a better strategy..start small and diversify. So, a kiddie pool of zimbabs here, a bucket of somalis there....maybe a football helmet filled with cream cheese, that sort of thing.
