-How often have atheists tortured or killed believers to make them convert?

Frankly I think atheist fundamentalism is a big part of the problem.

This subcategory of atheists are unable to shine a skeptical, rational light on their own beliefs. As a result it becomes almost a religious dogma to them.

Many intelligent, moderate atheists find it embarrassing.
