Lay off the french toast?

boiled eggs and oranges to kick start my metabolism walking, push ups, sit ups etc 
i cut out the salt and breads and also pushed water

In a reverse trend, I've put on a little weight.

That is so true for women. You just naturally distribute it better than we do. My wife gets ultra sexy thighs, butt and breasts first before any fat even thinks of taking up residence on her belly.

Beware of your metabolism, Beccs. It'll betray you in the end. Though I know you are very active as a runner so maybe your's will stay strong forever?

Yes, keep getting older.

My ex is four years younger than me. He ate like a horse and never gained weight, but he worked a job for the longest time that had him walking about 5 miles a day. We broke up shortly after he got a desk job, but I'm going to be so happy in a few years when he balloons and has to deal with a real metabolism.

May was a hard month running-wise. Too much shit going on.

But last night I amped it up. 5 minute walk, 5 minute jog, five 1 minute on/1 minute off sprints at a higher speed, and then two 8 minute freeform runs.

Normally on those last two, I split them up - 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 2 off, etc. Not last night. I did a full 8 minute run for the first one. Then 2 on, 2 off for the second.

I'm gaining stamina. I like it.
